This unusually coloured jeans had been in my stash for a year. Now, I just decided to take the lessons learnt from all the trousers I made over the past year, and just come up with something. I used no 'jeans-style' stitching this time, just single seams and build up the pockets and waist band with strips of fabric to add a different touch to this pair of jeans. It has single bound back pockets as well. I'm pretty happy with the result, although I think my usual jeans features (lots of flat felled seams) would have made it more durable. In the first picture, I wear the trousers with my lace shirt and the jacket I made a while back. I really love that 'suit'.

Great, professional made jeans. Looks very chic.
The back pocket is perfectly well sewn. You look great in high waist pants.
Very nice! I love the whole outfit!
Oh FAB FAB FAB! I love contrast between the casualness of the denim and the more dressy detail of your perfect single-bound pocket.
