I joined Sew Along for the first time this time! I used this silk satin, and needed to apply a lining to it in order to maintain its shape. I didn't use the contrasting fabric and used one fabric all over. I shortened the length quite a bit (about 8cm, ~3.1inches) and eliminated the back slit as well. I used the pattern one size bigger than I usually choose, as I wanted to wear this a bit loosely. I used only one pair of buttons on the waist band.
