2 Lydia variations

Description

The first one is a chef jacket I made up for my daughter using the lydia pattern (with the collar from the hikaru pattern). I altered the front neck line to be the same height as the back neckline. I extended the front (it is in two pieces, identical) so they overlapped. I have to add buttons but I am going for snaplock buttons (easier and quicker). I also shortened the sleeves on this so they wouldn't get in the way for cooking. The second is the lydia with slightly shortened sleeves with a neckband made from a long length of leftover fabric. I had excess so I crossed it over and left loose ends.

Materials

chef jacket - purple linen, black snap lock buttons Jumper - plaid super soft (and fluffy) polar fleece

    nightgown to dress to shirt...

wow, those are lydia variations I wouldn't have thought of! Cool to make a chef jacket, and comfy to make a polarfleece one :)
