This has been done for a while now, but I've just got around to posting it. Making adjustments to Celestina was tricky. I'm petite with a small bust and the neat details of Celestina are in the torso. It came out somewhat imperfectly but still wearable. List of changes:
Changed shape of neckline
Shortened torso
Narrowed the insets (If I were going to make this dress again, I wouldn't do this, I'd find somewhere else to take out the length).
Lengthened the skirt
Added insets to the skirt to give it more circumference.
I didn't end up taking any of the torso length out where the sleeves are, which was a mistake. The sleeves didn't fit right (I couldn't raise my arms), and I ended up adding an insert in the underarm effectively shrinking the size of the armhole.

The toile (or muslim) looks very good, thoguh I have to say I observe that the top of the armhole, where the shoulder is, looks a little tight and I wonder if you had any problems fitting your shoulders into it.
