    This was an easy pattern, especially if you use a fabric that doesn't require you to match the patterns on the diamond. I added two darts to the back, to give it a slightly more fitted silhouette. The finished dress is very comfortable, and drapes beautifully.

    A really enjoyable pattern, I've made it twice now, and using stretch fabric, it was fine without a zipper (I ended up taking it in a little down the side seam the whole way too). I actually finished the hem and sleeve area with very tight three thread overlocking to give the 'lettuce' leaf look which was fantastic (and easy!)
